Master of Business Administration (MBA)
The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a prestigious degree highly valued by top employer’s world over. It is a versatile postgraduate degree program that provides an exposure of key business practices, and critical functions of a business including Finance, Human Resource Management, Organizational Management, and Project Management. With the MBA, you will not acquire advance managerial skills that will enable you to work in any department, in any industry, and on any continent, you will also be more ready for managerial responsibilities that attract higher salaries. To cater to the varied skill requirements of the industry, Al Ghurair University (AGU) offers MBA in four specializations i.e., Project Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, and General MBA. Graduation Requirements
A student of MBA program must achieve a CGPA of not less than 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 point scale, have earned at least 50% of program credits at AGU, have passed 36 credits hours for award MBA degree.
Accreditation Status
The MBA program offered by the COBC was awarded initial accreditation status in 2011 and full accreditation in 2016 by the CAA, Ministry of Education, UAE.

Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the MBA program, the graduate will be able to:
- Skillfully apply theories and models in core business functions: Finance, Marketing, Operations, Human Resources and Information Systems.
- Effectively synthesize relevant information from multiple sources and functional areas for effective problem solving, using the acquired qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Recognize ethical and social issues and behave according to ethical standards of conduct.
- Analyze and integrate methods, tools, and critical thinking skills to formulate and implement business strategies.
- Critically analyze and construct practical solutions to managerial and business problems.
- Use and apply techniques and models to plan, initiate, evaluate, and control in key areas such as human resources, finance, and new projects.
